GENERAL

  • Full Conference Registration fees include admission for (1) to the Gala Dinner. Limited Conference Registration Fees do not include the Gala Dinner. 
  • To qualify for member rates, the membership number must be provided in the registration form.

AUTHOR REGISTRATION & PAPER PUBLICATION

  • Accepted papers will be subject to the registration requirements of this conference.
    • Each paper must be covered by a qualifying registration fee to cover paper publication. Qualifying fees are indicated in the tables above. Student and Life Member discounted fees do not cover paper publication/presentation. Students and Life Members will have the option for registration fees with publication and without publication. 
    • Each full registration fee can cover up to (1) paper.
    • An accepted paper will be published in the proceedings/IEEE Xplore only if the registration payment for one of the authors is received and correctly processed by February 1, 2026.

CANCELLATION POLICY

  • All refund/cancellation requests must be received by March 15, 2026. You can modify or cancel your registration using the “Already Registered?” link on the registration site.
  • Once an invitation letter is issued, a refund cannot be granted per IEEE Policy.

BANK TRANSFERS

If you are paying by credit card, please register directly online through the registration portal. If you will be paying via wire transfer (non-refundable), please fill out the online registration form and select pay by bank transfer. You will then be sent an invoice to submit your payment. All Wire Transfer / Bank Transfer transactions will incur an additional $25 Wire Transfer Fee.

Please note:

An accepted paper will be published in the proceedings only if registration payment is received and processed by February 1, 2026. In case no appropriate registration has been received and correctly processed to cover a paper’s publication, the conference organizers will contact the authors before the paper is removed from the proceedings.
