Become a vital part of the 17th IEEE Global Engineering Education Conference! As we gather in Cairo to explore "Human-centered Engineering Education," we are looking for dedicated volunteers to help us deliver a seamless and inspiring experience for our global community. Volunteering is a unique opportunity to network with international experts, gain behind-the-scenes insights into conference organizing, and contribute to the success of one of the IEEE Education Society’s flagship events.

We request that volunteers be available for at least one full conference day (between April 27–30, 2026).

Opportunities include registration support, session monitoring, attendee guidance, and technical assistance.

To ensure consistency and smooth operations, we ask that our volunteers commit to a full day of service (approx. 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM).

Briefing sessions will be held to ensure you feel confident in your role.

All volunteers will receive a certificate of appreciation and the thanks of the Organizing Committee.
