The IEEE Global Engineering Education Conference (EDUCON), a flagship event of the IEEE Education Society, will hold its 17th edition 27–30 April 2026 in Cairo, Egypt.

IEEE EDUCON 2026 will include a dedicated WIE poster session highlighting the impact and inclusion of women in engineering and technology. This session showcases research, initiatives, and practices that advance equity, celebrate contributions, and strengthen diversity in STEM and engineering education.

Topics include innovation, leadership, inclusive education, policy, or the societal impact of gender representation in engineering. For a full list of Topics of Interest, please see below.

All submissions underwent a double-anonymous peer review to ensure rigor and quality. Accepted Poster Papers presented in person at the conference will be published in the IEEE Xplore Digital Library.
